Part of the St. Elisabeth community since 2005, Rev. Daphne Cody was drawn to the church by its “can-do” spirit. She says the best part about being the Rector at St. Elisabeth’s is leading a truly inter-generational congregation, where everyone’s contribution and life experiences are valued, from the longest-time members to the littlest children. She enjoys preaching about the great stories of the Bible, developing leaders, and gathering the community of faith.
Outside church, Daphne likes camping with her husband and two college-aged daughters, reading classic literature, and playing all sorts of games – from cards to whiffleball.
